Taking up the Swedish language!

Have I ever mentioned you that the best way to feel less under the weather is to take up a new language?

In my “An Update” article I opened up a little bit and told you that I haven’t been feeling well in the last months and therefore I wasn’t able to create a good content. However, things have changed! Taking up a new language has always been my trick to overcome bad mood, however, now I wasn’t so sure about this step since I’ve got like ten times more school related stuff than the last time I was taking up new language (I think it was French. Btw, I’m doing honours in French – on the B2 niveau!). I was hesitating, but when I found myself in the largest bookshop in Slovakia last week, I couldn’t resist – I bought some materials and here we go, I’m learning Swedish now! And I’m really excited and happy about it!

Here’s my question: since this means a lot to me and I’d love to share my self-learning progress (kinda failed with sharing the Dutch and French last time), I want to ask you; WOULD YOU WANT ME TO SPEAK ABOUT MY PROGRESS WITH THE SWEDISH LANGUAGE? I mean, not only the progress, I’d also love to do some comparisions with other languges (like Dutch could be really interesting), or write about my aims and discover new peculiar Swedish words (maybe like, “Word of the day”?) with you etc. And of course, also my experiences.

Please, let me know what you think of it in the comments!

Thank you very much, and have a great day!

(btw these books are the Czech-Swedish textbooks dedicated for the home-learners)
